1. Please Register and Complete the Information Session Presentation

The first step to the Kaiser Permanente School of Anesthesia application process is to complete the information session. The information session is an online presentation that provides vital information about the program (application procedures, curriculum, clinical sites, etc). The information session takes approximately 25 minutes to complete. Once you have completed the information session, you must fax your resume and transcripts to (626) 564-3099. We will preview them and contact you to let you know what your next step should be (i.e. counseling session, apply in November or not qualified) (step 2). 2. Counseling Session

All qualified Southern California Area applicants are required to set up a personal counseling session prior to applying to the program. Copies of all academic transcripts and a resume must be faxed to us prior to scheduling the session.

* All applicants will receive a status letter outlining the next steps.

3. Cal State Fullerton (CSUF) Graduate Department of Nursing

This application will be available on November 1. However, there are other actions which need to be taken now to prepare. Critical information and application instructions are available on the Department of Nursing website or via email request. In the absensce of computer availability, you may request the information via standard mail at (657) 278-7610, to be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. * CSUF Graduate Nursing Application Deadline is November 30th.

4. CSUF Graduate Admissions

In the event that you are selected for a formal interview by KPSAN, you will be instructed to complete a secondary application to CSUF Admissions and Records. This is the only application that requires an application fee. You will not be required to forward additional transcripts beyond what you have sent in your nursing department application packet. The GRE is not required.
